Our High Availability Centre (HAC) has Advanced Monitoring tools capable of detecting potential problems in real-time, 24 hours a day.

Your services will be always available, and if any incident occurs, an alarm will be generated for you as the administrator of the service.

High Availability Centre

The HAC monitors the state of the communication lines and infrastructures of the Data Centres where your services are hosted, and immediately activates the necessary protocols if any incident occurs.

As well as creating monitoring reports, Arsys' technical staff monitors other fundamental aspects:

• › The level of your hardware resources.
• › Your server's connectivity.
• › Your platform's performance.

This means our technicians are continuously supervising and controlling the state of your server and can even manage alerts and take the necessary actions as per the mutually agreed protocol.
